Hello to the new year and hopefully a new you! Following on from last weeks post, and even if those NY resolutions haven’t started yet, please realize there is never a ‘bad’ time to begin your transformation.
Whether its a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual aspiration which you hold dear to your heart, know that you have the light and strength inside you to make any change you need to lead a happier and more fulfilling life …not only for yourself but for family and friends too.
May the message (below) be just the nudge you’ve been waiting for …

Reignite the spark inside you!
“As your core finds rest, do not let exterior feelings or thoughts enter your being. These will only restrict your ability to bear witness with your eyes of mind, body and Soul as one – where true insight prevails. In this state of purity, you can find all the answers you seek. It is this, which needs nurturing and rekindling, in order to reignite the spark inside you. Remember, when your flame burns brightly to illuminate and shine into the darkness, this erases internal and external negativity, worries and stress, enabling you to sense your correct path, higher self and goal. Eventually, wisdom leads to self-realization and eternal bliss in me.
When you act and live and work from the heart (and through selfless acts) this will always bring out the best of -and change- in people, and the respective outcome can be karmic, or otherwise. Likewise, when you show someone that you care, it can transform and lift the energy in any place or time.
Do not fear change, for change brings opportunities to grow and become fulfilled. In addition, those so-called troubled times can strengthen and empower you … and help to receive and achieve whatever you want or need. Amen.”
PS. Remember, you are responsible for your own thoughts, words and deeds … so be true to yourself, always.
