During our lives, we have countless opportunities to grow and mature as human beings and Souls. However, when the right circumstances materialise, instead of embracing the future with enthusiasm and possibility, we will often allow our minds to reflect upon past a past experience … and think negative thoughts to somehow justify to ourselves that we don’t deserve it … or that we can’t achieve our hopes and dreams.
In today’s post, we learn that when we open our hearts and become’still’, we shall find the power and direction needed and understand God loves and guides us always.

“How to break free from the harbour of fear…“
“Every mind and body and Soul are near and dear to me, and one day the realization of such will envelop you all. Therefore, please understand that you sail on my ocean of love, and I am the wind which will empower those who flounder by the rocks. I will remove the anchor (or you could say ‘anger’) which weighs those down in the false position of a make-believe harbour in the physical world, with its materialism and traits of ego – personified by lack of compassion and mistrust.
For many people, this harbour pretends to be a safe haven from the elements – and from mental, emotional and spiritual karma – but it is, in fact, a prison. Who states you cannot venture outside? Why do you fear to experience the new horizon? Such a make-believe sanctuary is only the illusion of the mind dwelling upon past experiences, full of despair and pain. This negative energy will only act as a harness … when you could be breaking free to eternal bliss, to me.
For one to progress, just take a step towards me. To achieve what you think is impossible, take three. Push aside the clouds of doubt and enter my heart that is yours, for it always was and always will be. I am you and you are me. We are ‘one’, but sometimes in your confusion, you feel like we are separate, perhaps running parallel to each other.
I truly love you and our hearts are one. As such, every heartbeat that resonates around the physical world I know, hear and feel. So, become still to feel the energy of truth both ‘within and out’, and then bask in the knowledge I will always care and be there for you. Amen.”
